  • 1 x 45-minute phone call to discuss your current situation, environment and sleep concerns in order to set out your goals
  • 1 x personalised sleep plan tailored specifically to suit your little one
  • Follow up email/text support for 2 weeks to assist you with any questions or concerns as we work through your sleep plan

Sleep and feed logs may also need to be completed throughout this support period, so we can track progress and make any necessary changes along the way.

We will assist you with settling your child in their own sleep environment, ensure their current sleep environment is sleep safe, and provide you with any guidance and support you need whilst we work through your child’s personalised sleep plan.

This package includes:

  • 2 hour in home consultation
  • 1 x personalised sleep plan tailored specifically to suit your little one
  • Assessment of current sleep environment
  • Discussion on Safe Sleep Practices
  • The opportunity to discuss any questions or concerns you may have
  • Email/text support for 2 weeks to assist you with any questions or concerns as we work through your sleep plan
